Mr. Cisneros is committed to economic empowerment and justice and is the driving force of the Chamber of the Americas (COTA) in its mission to build and cultivate strong relationships among member and nonmember individuals and organizations throughout the Americas. COTA seeks to facilitate trade and investments that strengthen local economies and foster a spirit of harmony, social and economic justice, and cohesiveness in the Western Hemisphere.

   Keynote Speaker – Brandon Rittiman, 9NEWS

Since joining 9NEWS in November 2011, Brandon Rittiman has led the newsroom's political coverage to five national Walter Cronkite Awards for excellence in political journalism and fact checking. Rittiman leads the station's debates and its Truth Test series, nationally recognized as "the best fact checking segments on local TV" and "a model for others." He hosts and produces Balance of Power, a weekly politics and public affairs program which airs Sunday morning at 8:45 a.m., just before NBC's Meet the Press and also anchors newscasts on 9NEWS. In 2016, both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton gave interviews on the show. His broadcast journalism career also includes reporting and anchoring for KTVN (CBS) in Reno, Nevada, and KGNS-TV (NBC) in Laredo, Texas, where he regularly reported on the ongoing drug war on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border.

   Moderator – Dr. David Conde, President of North America, COTA

Dr. Conde is a senior consultant to COTA bringing 32 years of experience in developing and conducting international programs in Europe, Mexico, Central and South America in the public and private sectors. In addition, he currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of East Migrant Head Start Project with 40 education centers for migrant children in 14 states along the east coast and the south.

   Moderator & Closing Statement – Tony Bottagaro, COO, COTA

Tony is special advisor to COTA on national and international affairs. He is also a seasoned executive, acclaimed speaker, bestselling author, award-winning film producer and narrator, playwright and stage performer as "Mario the Peddler." For over 35 years, he has taken his message of "a world more human and more divine" across diverse ideologies, including the United Nations and an audience with Pope John Paul II at the Vatican.
